Dear Harry,
It was on a cool Sunday afternoon last fall while shopping in Littlestown that we saw a sign on RT. 97 concerning Heritage Hills. We rode through the development and went home. That night I didn't sleep very well and said to my husband we must go back to Heritage Hills. Something seems special about the place. So on Monday back we went.

That is when we met Adam Pastelak at the model home and he showed us a couple of the homes. We were very impressed. However the home we liked the best was sold. But there is going to be another phase, Heritage Hills II starting sometime in the spring and the rest is history because here we are.

Well Harry, we want to thank you for our lovely home. You are to be commended for all your hard work and thoughtfulness. All of the men working for you are very nice and courteous. They just couldn't do enough for us and I'm sure everyone else also. When a crew or team look up to their leader and seem happy to work for him, it certainly is a credit to him.

We also want to thank Adam for all he did and all the questions he answered. Both of you have always had time (even though very busy) to help us.

Toward the end of our construction a new person joined the force named Pat. She also has been very nice.

We wish you and your staff much success in the future. This spring has been a very trying time because of the weather but your dispositions have never changed.

Thanks again for a job well done and a beautiful home. If we can ever help you or your people we will try to be there for you.

Dear Harry,
I just have to tell you how pleased Clark and I are with our new home. You and your contractors did an excellent job. It's been two months already and everyday I can't believe it's ours. Everyone who comes over asks who built our house and I am proud to say "New Age Associates." We get so many compliments on things like the cathedral ceiling and the dividing wall between the kitchen and living room. We love the tilt-in windows and the door between the bathroom and bedroom. I am very happy with the cabinets, the kitchen is beautiful! I'm sorry about the hard time I gave you and Adam about wanting to put other cabinets in. I love the dishwasher, the deck, the vanity top and EVERYTHING! We were also very happy with our flooring selections.

Anytime we had concerns you always took the time to come out to the site and talk with us about them. You can tell it is a top priority with you to make sure your customers are satisfied.

Well, we're a little more than two months into our new home and we're delighted with it and our new neighbors than I thought was possible. I guess that should come as no surprise, however, since everything concerning the selection, construction and settlement on my new house went as smoothly as one could expect. I attribute this to the excellent support and cooperation I received from you, Pat and Adam.

From the beginning, we received only the most professional and courteous reception and assistance as we struggled not with whether we should by at Heritage Hill II but rather which lot and model to buy. Both Pat and Adam were instrumental in guiding our decisions by providing just the exact information we needed at each step of the process. In particular, Adam's wizardry with the PC allowed us to visualize what our new home would look like as we - or you - suggested modifications. He is truly one of a kind.

Harry, I am well aware that the tone of an organization is set by the person at the top. The opportunity to meet and deal with you as we did as our house was being built, spoke volumes not only about your excellence as a builder, but also about the kind of down-to-earth and truly nice person you are. I want to thank you for your patience, advice and especially for your marvelous suggestion to add the garage and the two rooms above it.

Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Superior Settlement Services and Missy Sheaffer. Without a doubt, Missy is one of the nicest, most efficient and competent people it has been my pleasure to deal with during this entire experience. Not only did I feel that she was looking out for my interests, but that she was most adept at dealing with what was the least enjoyable aspect of buying a new home--the financing companies. Time and again she was able to keep our "financial friends" in tow, despite the latter's valiant efforts to move us far astream. Missy was not only able to save us money, she made the entire settlement process flow smoothly.

Needless to say, we are delighted with our new home in Littlestown and to be able to say that we, too, now have friends in Pennsylvania! Thank you so very Much!

We had already looked at several other communities built by other companies when we came to look at Simme Valley. As soon as we walked into the model home, we knew this was the neighborhood for us. The homes are beautiful and very well built, right down to the plastered walls and ceilings. The handcrafted woodwork and cabinetry makes each home unique. We love so many of the features in our home that it would be difficult to say what we like best. We chose a lot with an amazing view. We wanted to thank you for building us the home of our dreams. We had visited my brother's home in Simme Valley many, many times and we loved it from the first visit. On a rainy and cold morning last year, my dad showed me the new design - I called my husband from inside and joked.....I'm standing in our new home! Who would have known. I came and saw "our house" several more times, falling more and more in love each time. I wouldn't have changed anything if we had designed it ourselves.

Our lives had been on an incredible rollercoaster and we never dreamed this would be possible. Thanks to you and all of your efforts we have the home of our dreams.
